Variable index enables vibration control for chatter free machining. Corner radius face design provides enhanced chipping protection that significantly increases tool life.
High helix flute design with unique “notch” type chip breaker profile and offset geometry produces fragmented chips that can be easily removed, eliminating chip accumulation and chip re-cutting in high depth of cut application.
